Get a Sneak Preview of Battlefield 3
For gamers who have been impatiently waiting for the release of Battlefield 3, the trailer is now out and waiting to be enjoyed. Can a short trailer really represent the fun of the game, or will it simply be a bit of a disappointment? Find out by reading the full review.
First of all, it should be stressed that this is simply a trailer for Battlefield 3 rather than the actual game. The main purpose of the trailer is to show gamers what they can expect when Battlefield 3 is released, and with that aim in mind, it does a very good job. The great visuals draw viewers right into the trailer and make it easy to imagine actually manipulating a character through the detailed landscapes.
The gameplay is presented from the point of view of a single-player campaign. This means that gamers are almost able to put themselves in the place of the on-screen hero and see the sort of action that they can expect to unfold when they actually dive into the game itself.
It certainly looks like the gameplay will be rich and varied, and there will be plenty of different types of missions for gamers to complete. In one scene, the lead character is shown as being a soldier in the Middle East before cutting to an exciting car chase that comes complete with sirens blazing and a wide range of other sound effects.
Like the other two Battlefield games, Battlefield 3 is set to be a first-person shooter and there will be plenty of opportunities to fire at the bad guys. The selection of weapons appears to be pretty good, and there will be plenty of chances to run through the streets with guns blazing and put the enemy in the grave.
Although the Battlefield 3 Launch Trailer does not allow gamers to actually join in the fun of the game, watching it can give them a good idea of what they can expect from it. If the visuals and various scenarios that are presented in the trailer are anything to go by, the game will offer hours of explosive fun, and it is definitely worth downloading the actual game.
